We'll make a delicious menu together featuring: Pineapple Shrimp Skewers, Simple White Bean Salad, Tarragon Almond Chicken Salad, Melon Basil Burrata Salad, Crisp Cabbage Slaw, Strawberry Mocktail Beat the  heat and join us for a fun and tasty Saturday class! INSTRUCTOR: Chef Megan (UCCS Center for Active Living) is a Licensed Registered Dietitian and chef, who believes that nutrition starts with unique and colorful ingredients. Determined to build a bridge between nutrition and culinary arts, Chef Megan aims to help her community achieve better optimal wellness. With a passion for chef-inspired nutrition, she has numerous years of experience in the foodservice industry and many years in a clinical setting.
