About This Event
Several iconic and scary films have been set or filmed in Colorado. Do the secluded mountains, isolated rolling plains, or dramatic winter storms make Colorado the perfect location to film something scary? Join PPLD and local filmmaker and horror film festival co-founder Leon Kelly to learn why Colorado is the quintessential scary movie state. This program is being offered to commemorate the Colorado 150 and US 250 anniversaries and to coincide with the All Pikes Peak Reads (APPR) Young Adult selection, I’ll Be Waiting for You, by Mariko Turk.
