Plogging with the UCCS Office of Sustainabilityat UCCS Farm

Join the UCCS Office of Sustainability for a fun, active, and eco-friendly way to help keep our campus beautiful!  Plogging, the combination of jogging (or walking!) while picking up litter, is a great way to get moving and make a positive impact on our campus environment. Special perks & Prizes: • 1st Place: UCCS Bookstore Gift Card • 2nd Place: UCCS Bookstore Gift Card • 3rd Place: UCCS Bookstore Gift Card • All participants will receive a free handmade goat-milk soap as a thank-you for supporting sustainability on campus!  What to Expect: • We will meet at the UCCS Farmhouse to review route options, rules, and decide on a return time for our debrief and weight collection. • A light jog or walk at your own pace • Gloves, litter grabbers, and cleanup tools provided • The event will be from 11:00 AM - 3:00 PM. Participants DO NOT have to stay for the entire allotted time. Please come and go as you please!
