About This Event

Zhineng Qigong combines meditation and movement to clear old thought patterns and behaviors that no longer serve us, opening to a state of pure consciousness where we are free to choose healing ways of living and interacting with others. We open to energetic states that nourish and expand on all levels of being. The gallery provides a beautiful and inspiring environment to practice. Elizabeth Stanbro is a certified Zhineng Qigong instructor with The World Consciousness Community and has been practicing ZQ for 20 years.
