From our beginning we choose to pay our staff a living wage, because we believe that being a part of a community means taking care of those around us. From time to time, our generous patrons would leave something extra behind. Turns out our staff believes in taking care of those around us as well. So, they decided to pool any cash left behind and donate it to a local charity.
