PLAC welcomes Andrew Orvedahl and Ben Roy to Palmer Lake Town Hall August 15 for an evening of laughter. Adult content. Ben Roy is well known to Colorado audiences, having appeared before enthusiastic audiences at Denver’s Comedy Works. He has released six stand-up comedy albums and was listed as one of Variety’s Top 10 Comics to Watch. Ben’s many appearances on Comedy Central shows have built his reputation among comedy audiences. In 2023 his first streaming stand-up special, ‘HYENA’, was released on HULU and Disney+. NPR listed ‘HYENA’ as one of their Top Specials of 2023. Andrew Orvedahl also began earning his comedy chops at Denver’s Comedy Works. He’s no newcomer to the world of stand-up. He has toured the US performing at comedy festivals in Aspen, Las Vegas, Seattle, and at the Great American, Bridgetown, and High Plains Comedy Festivals. Andrew was featured at the “New Faces” Showcase at Montreal Just for Laughs in 2013.
