Singing Bowls of the Rockies is excited to introduce E J R M’s Listening Room, a new immersive listening experience created around the simple idea of slowing down and truly listening. Led by ambient composer Drew Geiger, the Listening Room invites you to settle in, get comfortable, and experience an evolving landscape of sound. Rather than a traditional concert, the music is designed to create space for reflection, relaxation, imagination, and simply being present with what you hear. A Listening Room is different from a sound bath. Instead of focusing on the therapeutic qualities of specific instruments or frequencies, this experience centers around intentional listening and ambient music as a form of meditation. The sound gradually unfolds around you, giving you the freedom to listen actively, let your mind wander, or simply rest. Bring whatever helps you feel comfortable, such as a pillow, blanket, or journal, and come as you are. About E J R M E J R M is the ambient project of Colorado-based multi-instrumentalist Drew M. Geiger. Since 2019, he has released a continuous body of contemplative music inspired by nature, memory, healing, and the spaces between sound and silence.
