Adam’s teaching emphasizes fluidity, presence, and the innate intelligence of the body. Enhancing the experience is the live music of DJ Taz Rashid, whose performances are celebrated around the world for blending electronic music, live instrumentation, and sacred sound into uplifting, high-vibrational journeys. Throughout the class, Taz performs live, weaving together electronic beats, melodic textures, and instruments such as guitar, flute, percussion, and atmospheric soundscapes.  Participants will experience the entire practice through SoundOff wireless headphones, creating a deeply immersive sonic environment.
