Kindness Begins Within: A Self-Love Sound Bathat 76 S Sierra Madre St suite c

It’s easy to offer compassion to the people we love while holding ourselves to a much harder standard. This World Kindness Day, join Singing Bowls of the Rockies for an evening dedicated to turning that kindness inward. This sound bath experience invites you to pause, loosen the pressure to do more, and give yourself permission to rest. Through a brief guided reflection, we’ll explore what it might feel like to meet ourselves with greater patience and care. Then, settle into an immersive sound bath featuring crystal and Tibetan singing bowls, gongs, chimes, and other soothing instruments. Let the layers of sound become a gentle place to rest your attention as you unwind in our tranquil studio. You don’t need to arrive feeling peaceful or positive. Whether you’re feeling stretched thin or simply craving a quiet moment, you’re welcome exactly as you are!
