About This Event
The Mobile Earth and Space Observatory (MESO) is coming to PPLD! MESO is a "science center on wheels" with hands-on educational and research activities focused on earth and space sciences, renewable energy, and scientific instrumentation. Participants will learn about in-depth scientific concepts and how tools are used to collect data. Scientist-educators engage the audience directly with tools such as solar and celestial telescopes, spectroscopy, infrared cameras, augmented-reality sand tables, gravity wells, and more!
