NorthStar Computer Series: Microsoft Word Basicsat East Library

Microsoft Word has become the most popular word processing program and is a basic component of the Microsoft Office suite of programs. This class is designed to introduce students to the basics of Microsoft Word. Students will learn how to create and save a document, as well as make basic text adjustments such as font, size, color, and alignment. The class meets weekly for four consecutive weeks, with three sessions that are instructor-led and cover material on the given topic and a fourth session that is conducted as an open lab for students to ask questions, take proctored exams, or get more information.If you already have an email address, please come prepared with your email address and password to log into your email account.
