Soldering Circuitsat Monument Library

The purpose of this class is to teach basic soldering, which is a key technique for connecting circuits. Participants will learn soldering on a circuit board, soldering safety, and an understanding of circuitry as they create a light-up necklace using a circuit board with LEDs. All supplies will be provided. No prior knowledge is required. Ages 12 and up. This class will be presented by community members of Monumental Impact. Many of Monumental Impact’s community members, both students and adults, rely on their soldering capabilities to build reliable robots for competitions and to translate their creative ideas into reality.
